fontconfig-config software package provides generic font configuration library - configuration, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fontconfig-config
fontconfig-config is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fontconfig-config package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fontconfig-config *
You will get with fontconfig-config package name, version, architecture and description in a table
